Politique d'expédition
All orders placed with standard shipping are processed to ship within 1 to 2 business days (including weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow up to 1-2 days of processing time and update the tracking number.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us containing the tracking information. Tracking information is also available on your "Order Details" page.
Once the package gets taken from us, it travels to the DHL courier center, where it gets scanned and starts updating tracking status, and it is not unusual for a shipment to go more than 24 hours without an update while in transit.
For USPS, DHL, FedEx, and UPS, You can track your parcel at Track Your Order page.
Standard Shipping Rates and Estimates Days:
For the sake of logistics timeliness and customer experience, the following countries do not support free shipping:
Indonesia, Mexico, Croatia, Norway, Liechtenstein, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar

* The Delivery Time is calculated based on the shipping date, not the order date. The actual shipping date can be delayed due to invalid shipping addresses, weekends/holidays, etc.
Please note that refunds for expedited shipping fees will not be credited back to the payment account once the goods have been shipped.
