Horrible or defective product, no warranty

"My strap clip does not stay “clipped” from day one, always falls - they wanted a video for a return, I sent one of the clip - but they wanted to see if falling ?!? How do I do that ? Maybe most work fine, but mine is defective and after 29 emails I am now permitted to return it to China at my expense …. Would not buy again."
