Why did I not receive my order confirmation email?
Custype sends an order confirmation email automatically after checkout. If you cannot find it, please check your spam, junk or promotions folder first.
If the email is still missing, the email address entered at checkout may be incorrect. Please contact us at service@custype.com with your name and order details so we can help check it.
Can I change my shipping address or email after placing an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We can help update the shipping address, phone number or email address only before the order has been shipped.
Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, address changes may be limited by the carrier's rules and the delivery country.
My tracking says delivered, but I have not received the package. What should I do?
Please first check common delivery areas such as your mailbox, front door, parcel locker, reception desk, garage, building entrance or a neighbor's address.
If the package still cannot be found, please contact us with your order number and tracking number. We will help review the shipment details and advise the next step.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us as quickly as possible if you need to cancel an order. If the order has not entered processing or shipment, we will try our best to help.
If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled directly. You may request a return or exchange after receiving the item according to our return policy.

How much does shipping cost?

How do I track my Custype order?
You can track your parcel on the Track Your Order page by entering your order information.
If tracking has not updated immediately after shipment, please allow some time for the carrier to scan the package and refresh the tracking record.
How long does shipping usually take?
Shipping time depends on the product, processing time, destination country and local carrier. Some customized or personalized items may require additional processing time before shipment.

Can I switch to expedited shipping after placing an order?
If the order has not shipped yet, please contact us and we will check whether expedited shipping can still be arranged.
Once the parcel has already been shipped, the shipping method usually cannot be changed.
What is Custype's return and exchange policy?
Custype offers a 60-day return and exchange policy for eligible items. Returned items should be unused, in original condition and returned according to the instructions provided by our support team.

How long does it take to receive a refund after a return?
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we usually process the refund within 1–3 business days if the return is approved.
The time it takes for the money to appear in your original payment account depends on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.

Do iPhone cases fit different iPhone models?
Usually no. Even when two iPhone models look similar, the camera cutout, button placement, phone size or corner shape may be different.

What should I do if I ordered the wrong model or color?
Please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item you received. Our team will check the order details and help you with the available exchange or return options.
If the issue is caused by selecting the wrong model at checkout, return shipping or replacement cost may depend on the situation and our return policy.
